Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your designs and uploaded content

You retain ownership of any artwork, images, or other content you upload or create using the design editor ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content for production, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, print, and process it solely for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your order.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any images, logos, or artwork you upload, including album artwork or artist imagery. We may refuse to print or may remove content we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Designs saved in the editor are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and, where you are signed in, synced to your account so you can resume work across sessions. This local storage is strictly necessary for the editor to function and is not used for advertising or analytics purposes.

4. Orders & payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline, including after payment, for example if we are unable to produce a design as submitted. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized.

5. Production & shipping

Every sleeve and slipmat is manufactured to order after your design is confirmed. Production and shipping timelines shown on the Service are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Because products are custom made to your specifications, orders generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed design. If you believe your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a reprint or refund.

7. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to run the Service and, where you consent, to understand how it's used:

• Necessary: keep you signed in, remember your cart, and store designs you create in the editor. These cannot be disabled, as the Service cannot function without them.
• Analytics & performance (optional):Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand aggregate site usage and behavior; Sentry Session Replay helps us reproduce and fix bugs by recording anonymized interactions on the page where an error occurred. These only run if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.
• Error monitoring: we use Sentry to log unhandled errors (e.g. stack traces, the page you were on) so we can keep the Service reliable and secure. This basic error logging runs independently of the analytics consent above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
